What is online coaching and how does it work?
Based on your goals I will create a monthly workout program an nutrition guidelines customized for you. We’ll have a virtual training session together to make sure your form is good and you are targeting the right muscles. We will also have check-in calls to make sure you stay on track and answer any questions you might have. I am always just one message away to answer any questions you might have about your training/nutrition.
Who is this for?
If you are ready to start a new healthier life but feel a bit overwhelmed and don’t know where to start, or maybe you’re already working out but feel like you are not getting the results you want, I want to work with you! If during our consultation, I feel like I won’t be the best fit for you, I will make sure we find you a trainer specialized in your field to ensure the best results possible.
Do I have to have a gym membership?
NO! Since every workout program is customized that includes the equipment you have available. You can achieve great results without being at a gym.
