Meet Coach Klara

My name is Klara and I’m the founder of 2.0. Firstly, let me tell you a little about me and how I got here.

I am originally from Stockholm, Sweden. In the Spring of 2020 I packed up my stuff and moved to the US. Through my entire life I've always had a passion for sports, health and fitness. I was playing every sport imaginable but I stuck to handball for all of my teenage years. After I had been playing the sport for so long I felt lost when it came to fitness and staying healthy. I tried various ways to get moving, zumba, boxing, running, yoga and strength training to name a few. But the goal was always the same, maximal calorie output and weight loss. Not because that was what I wanted, but because that was all I ever knew about working out. 

After I’d made my move across the Atlantic ocean I found CrossFit. CrossFit taught me that moving my body is FUN and it can make me feel better than I ever thought was possible. Always having a coach by my side was a complete gamechanger. I started going to the gym because I love my body and not because I hate it. 

That is what I want to pass on to other people. 

I eventually decided to quit my dream job in Manhattan to pursue my passion, I studied personal training and nutrition for over a year, passed my exams, moved to Florida and the rest is history. 

Now, my job is to help individuals get healthy and strong no matter where you are in the world or what your background might be.

Whether you are a complete newbie to fitness or if you've been ​working out for a long time I will make sure you reach your goals through individual programing and coaching to make sure you become the 2.0 version of yourself. 

All of my services will be customized for your goals as I understand that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to providing the best results.

The programming you will receive is evidence based and will educate and inspire you to reach your goals in the long run.
